Trip Summary

A cold, early morning start, but the fish didn't mind. Caught a nice mess of slab crappie using a combination of bobber fishing and spider-rigging. The water was calm and the sky clear and the temps rose to a comfortable 60 degrees by late morning.

Jeffrey got his two personal bests (12 inch black and 13 inch white ) crappie trolling crankbaits on Chickamauga today. Fishing was slow (except for white and yellow bass) with just a few smaller crappie, bass, and catfish.
