Trip Summary

When the conditions are right the snapper bite has been automatic with quick bites on the bottom. While live bait fishing the wrecks we have been getting nice mutton snapper, African Pompano, and amberjack.

The springtime fishing has been great action most days out there and theres been plenty of blackfin tuna, mahi, sailfish, and some wahoo around. Grouper season has finally opened and we'll be fishing for them until December.

April is the first month we start to see mahi in greater numbers and today was a good showing of them. With over 20 fish caught and a few keepers in the mix it was good action trolling and on the live baits when we would get a school up to the boat!
