We were out for a half day fishing. We were going to the same spot where we lost a big tuna the day before after an hour of fight. While heading in this direction we had a strike . But the hook came off after the fish took some line. We saw a school of yellowfin mixed with skipjack tuna, we changed technique and caught a skipjack of about 30 pounds. The school did not stayed long at the surface. We put back the big lures and few minutes later a marlin was on. After some fight the marlin was in. We set the lines back and hooked a second marlin. Another one was following the lures but did not bit. We finally finished the day with 2 blue marlins and a skipjack tuna.
