Trip Summary

Lately, we have been catching large chinook (sping) salmon at French creek. Today we had a trip from 8am to 12pm and caugnt this massive 90cm 30lb salmon.

The waters of french creek bc were perfect today. Clear skies and calm waters. I counted a total of 52 boats out today between 4-9 pm. The fish were biting hard! Caught and released two bass, 4 wild salmon and kept 6 coho and 1 pink between the group. It seems the fish are easier to come by in the afternoon.
