Trip Summary

A slow day for crappie, so we mixed it up with some largemouth bass, white bass, and blue catfish. All were caught spider rigging and trolling jigs and crankbaits at 15-16 foot depths on Lake Chickamauga.

The early morning bite was almost non-existent, but the fish turned on (unexpectedly) about noon. Surface water temperature was 87-88 degrees and all fish were taken at 16-22 foot depths over deeper bottoms.
