The past few days have been good as we pushed back into the creeks to get out of the wind. Zeke and I found a spot where the Redfish were piled up around an oyster bed near some deep water. We drifted live minnows into the hole and got bit consistently for nearly two hours. The next day Peter and I went in the other direction and found a school set up just outside some shallow water. Peter landed his cast just above the school and let the current push it into the strike zone. Peter landed so many quality Redfish that he told me halfway through the trip that his arms were tired and he was ready to call it a day. That doesn't happen often but when it does I know we had a good day!
