Trip Summary

The crappie were not cooperative today, but two catfish were. A very cold morning warmed up by noon. This young man handed a rod and reel like a pro.

Sam received a belated Fathers Day fishing trip from his daughter, (it was her birthday also). Hot weather and tough conditions, but fish were caught. They went home with enough for a fish fry.

Today's crew fished hard today. Catching was a little slow, but they went home with enough Crappies for a nice meal. Catfish and Crappie were the fish of the day. A water snake and a hungry turtle amused us while we fished under a bridge.
