Trip Summary

With the full moon approaching, the fish have been active the last couple of days. My customer last night had two muskies follow and miss his bucktail and I lost a 43" class fish at the boat. She ate at the worst possibly spot and only got slightly hooked in the skin of the lip, I tried to turn the bait to get a better hook in it but she shook loose. It's always a heartbreak losing a musky, and even more so when you watch it unfold right next to the boat.
