Cold Front Muskies

Trip Summary

August is here, and it is without a doubt, my favorite time of the season! The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting cooler. We just went through peak water temps and things are going to start cooling down, which means, SHALLOW WATER MUSKIES. This fish was 1 of 3 on this cold front day, they pushed up onto shallow flats just like they were supposed to and they were actively chasing bucktails and topwater baits. August is a major transition time for muskies and the action really starts heating up, so book a trip and take advantage of some amazing fishing!
