Finally getting the muddy Helene floodwaters on Chickamauga which made early morning spider-rigging and trolling very unproductive : 2 crappie, 1 catfish, and several white/yellow bass. We switched to tightlining minnows over brushpiles and put an additional 16 crappie (most small) onboard. The water became progressively muddied throughout the day. Water temperature was 74-75. The largest crappie was 12.75 inches. All in all a slow day due to environmental circumstances.
