Trip Summary

We are right at the start of the winter musky show season, and a lot of you are looking for new musky rods to add to your arsenal. With a market that is flooded with rod options, there is a lot of brands out there to choose from, and it can be overwhelming to say the least. Lots of questions to find the answers to when it comes to buying a new rod. What brand, what length, what power? etc. My go-to rod brand is Tackle Industries, I've trusted these rods for the last 6 seasons. With lengths that vary from 7'6 all the way up to 10'6 telescoping models, you will be able to find a rod that fits your needs. Whether you are looking to fish from a kayak, looking for a new do-it-all rod, or one to fish specific baits with, you will find it from Tackle Industries. As a guide, I need a variety of lengths and powers to meet the demands of the anglers that fish with. These rods are well built, light weight, and extremely comfortable to cast for long hours. I'll be at the Minnesota Muskie Expo hanging out in their Booth March 7-9th 2025, stop by and chat musky rods. If you want to order online you can use coupon code muskygeek15 for a discount.
