Trip Summary

The last few trips out have been absolutely awsome! As long as the winds stay down the livewells fill up fast. Slow trolling cranks up high in the water column have been our best out there. One of these days were gonna break out the jigs and maybe boat some that way but right now those big girls are wanting big baits, so slow trollin the big baits it is. The average size of these walleye are an amazing 5-8lbs. That is hard to beat on any body of water. Its gonna be an awesome year here on lake erie!!

We have run multiple trips out of huron and mazuriks in Marblehead with great catches every trip. The bite is getting better by the day. We no longer have to run offshore the dreaded 23 mile just to get into fish. Some days the fish run smaller and some days the fish run bigger but all in all we have been putting fish in the boat eveytrip unless mother nature with her winds decide to cancel us out for the day.
