Trip Summary

Leaving the dock around 6am and returning by 11am, we had a blast catching Atlantic Bonito. These Guys make for some of, if not the best, sushi that you will ever put on your plate! This fish is often used as a substitute for yellowfin tuna in restaurants around the world.

The guys knew that conditions werent really favorable but definitely doable for their experience level. We slowly made it 70 miles offshore and found the targets! Although the rough seas caused us to come unbuttoned on a handfull of fish, Gustavo and the guys hung in there and all reeled in some nice gaffer dolphin and tuna.
