"Captain David Slavensky is top notch when it comes to charters out of Port Clinton, Ohio. Best prices around and he put us on a mess of yellow perch. As a matter of fact according to sassy gal fish cleaning we had the best numbers out of everybody that came to her to get their fish cleaned with all the head boats and other charters.
