Gavin was a great captain for us! Originally we had 7 planned for the trip, but for various reasons only ended up with 4 - Gavin was super communicative and accommodating to these changes and most importantly, still got us on the fish. All of us were pretty new to fishing these types of water so Gavin attempted to give us a quick tutorial on what to do. Excellent trip with Captain Gavin. He was an all around expert. From being a navigator of the waters, to understanding weather patterns, and putting us in a great posting to catch fish. Great customer service as well. He even cleaned, cut, and Filleted our catch for us. If you’re lucky, he might even share his old family Cajun recipe to cook them up with.
