Although the weather wasn’t what we would of liked the fishing was pretty good given the conditions. Charles was an excellent guide and was quick to cater to our needs. The crew was friendly and you can tell they love what they do. Would highly recommend Pacific Venture Charter to anyone looking for FUN Fishing trip.

The parking was clean and the dock was clean. The boat was roomy and clean. Plenty of room for all six of us to fish. Mr Chuck and Alan made us look great. Like we have been salt water fishing for years. I can’t say enough great things about this trip and Boat. I will be enjoying Chuck’s services for as long as I can. I Highly recommend Him.

We only caught some small fish, but it’s kind of the wrong time of year so not unusual.  Captain Chuck was awesome, I told him the whale and dolphin watching tour we were supposed to go on the day before was cancelled and how disappointed I was. He did his best to find dolphins for us to see, again wrong time of year for whales, but we couldn’t find any. I really appreciate him trying! First Mate Allen was great too. Both super nice guys and would recommend a trip with them anytime!!

Capt Chuck along with his Deckhand Alan were great.  The boat was well maintained and had all the amenities one would expect. In addition, it had an anti swell technology that reduced the roll of the boat so if you are prone to motion sickness this boat is an excellent choice.

Launching out of Oceanside for a 1/2 day charter worked out great for us.  Less transit time translated to more time for lines in the water.  Both Captain and crew were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.  Highly recommend.
