Amazing day of fishing. The fish were slow at the beginning, Shane stuck with it and worked hard to get us in the fish. The fishing heated up towards the end. We caught 17 walleye, a perch and a pike and we lost several as well. Was a great day with Shane. We’re planning another trip for walleye next year and a trip for perch in a couple of weeks! If you’re reading this your looking for a charter, book this one you won’t be disappointed!
Thank You Becky, lots of laughs and nice fish caught on this trip. You guys are great. We will get that “BIG ONE” that got away next time. Lunch was amazing. Maybe we can get Ernie to reel lines in one at a time and a certain someone to share catching the big fish and tagged fish next year.

My two grandsons, ages 9 and 7, had never been on a boat or fishing before. We planned to shorten our trip to 4 hours but the boys were having such a good time that we stayed the full 6 hours. Captain Shane taught them how to bait the hooks and tend the lines as well as how to clean the perch that we caught. We got some really nice size fish. On the way home they told me that it was “the most fun that they’d ever had”. I appreciated the helpful tips that Captain Shane gave me on how to cook and freeze the fish. I cooked some last night for dinner and they were delicious. The whole experience exceeded our expectations!

Captain Shane went over and above trying to get our limit of Walleye. Even though we didn’t it was a great day on the water fishing.
