We has a great day. Weather was perfect.  Caught Grouper and Yellowtail to bring home. Caught other fish that were catch and release.  Tried for Barracuda and managed to catch and release one Goliath Grouper.  Just enough time to stop and get in the water and explore a little of one of the islands. We had a fun day on the water with Capt Andrew. There was weather in the area but we were able to steer clear and still put snapper, grouper, and pompano on the deck. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a trip with him again.

3/4 Day Offshore - Some of us were new to fishing while other were experienced. Either way, Captain Mercer and his son provided a great experience for all of us. When we come back to Key West next year, we will be booking with Hillbilly Charters again! Make sure to ask Captain Mercer about the rare Bucketmouth Fish! Definitely a great catch for those who are willing.

Had a great time with this crew! Knew the area and key spots. Very knowledgeable about the waters and a CG Vet. We always support our veterans and their companies. Put us on the fish and done an amazing job with keeping us comfortable. Even his young deck hand was amazing to watch him work and know what he was doing. Recommend this Charter 10-10!

Caught lots of different fish on our 4 hour trip. Would highly recommend Hillbilly Hookers. Don’t let the name fool you, boat, equipment, Captain Andrew and his son Noah were top notch
