Went out with Captain Hollywood. I booked with them because it said you did all the fishing. Not just reeling in the fish. I was not disappointed. I got to set the rods up. Put them out for trolling, set the hooks, and reel them in. It was awesome. He put me on the fish. I caught 4 Dorado with 3.5 hours. At one point we had 3 fish hooked at the same time. He didn’t touch a rod. Let me do it all, except keeping the lines from crossing while I reeled them in one by one. I can’t say enough about the experience. He even stopped on the way in to take pictures of my catch in front of the famous arch. I would recommend Daliken fishing while here in Cabo. Thank guys. It was amazing.

we used Daliken Sportfishing for our first trip to cabo san Lucas, the communication with Jaime, Eduardo, and Lorena were great and they were very accommodating in every way and they are some of the friendliest people you will meet and talk with.

we went out with captain Hollywood our new amigo, he taught this ole freshwater fisherman a thing or two about salt water fishing. if you have never fished or deep sea fished before remember patience is the key when fishing. you can do everything you can to catch them but in the end it’s all up to the fish if they want to bite or not.

we had a great time learning, talking and joking with him.
Hollywood was great went above and beyond to make sure our trip was fun and that we tried to catch fish which we did 3 mahi mahi thats the fish we were after.

you can beat the price so dont miss a day going out with them, they book fast. we enjoyed the hands experience doing it our self.

we have been with other charters that charge alot more and just ride you around, they hook the fish and hand you the pole to reel in.

we highly recommend them for a great hands on experience and we’ll be using them again when we return. five star in our book

Cant say enough great things about Captain Hollywood. Very professional, funny, informative,
and boy did he get us on fish. We hooked up with 8 marlin and two sharks! If not for our own inexperience it would have been an epic day, but not the fault of Hollywood at all, it was our first time Marlin fishing, and coming from fresh water fishing it is a whole different way of fishing, another day with Hollywood would have made the difference. Hollywood we will definitely see you on our next trip.

Final thought, you can go on bigger(more expensive) boats and the first mate does most of the fishing where all your doing is reeling in their catch, or you can get a very hands on experience with Captain Hollywood(Ocho) and learn how to fish

We have chartered many fishing trips on bigger boats, but this was by far the best of them all. Hollywood was funny, engaging, had a lot of good stories, knew the area and best of all, put us to work learning the different ways to fish out of Cabo. We saw whales, dolphins, sea lions and turtles while we were out. He was quick to point them out and then explain what species of fish could be found around them. We were specifically targeting dorado and that is what we went home with.

I will define use this company again and specifically ask for Hollywood Jaime.

Caught a marlin, grouper and snapper- saw whales up close and had a great time. If you want a hands on fishing trip and don’t need to be pampered- this is a great value for the experience!
