We highly recommend Captain Fred! Went out on a 6 hour trip with my 18 year-old son and his friend. Quickly fished for bait (Spanish Mackerel) in the bay and then headed to the gulf. We quickly caught some more bait (hard tails and squirrel fish) and then started hauling in Amberjack. A lot of them. Captain Fred put us on the fish! If they weren’t there, we quickly moved on. One of the many great things about Captain Fred is that he TEACHES how to fish. Even having the boys bait the hooks and release the fish from the hook. He’ll do it for you if you want, but he was all about us having the experience. Awesome guy. Fantastic trip!
