We had an unforgettable fishing trip in Vancouver with Captain Roy, who truly exceeded our expectations. My son and I had an amazing time, catching eight fish, including a remarkable 12-pound wild salmon that we respectfully released back into the water. Roy was a very personable and customer-friendly captain. He was very quick to respond to my messages and provided all of the necessary information for the trip. The fishing itself was slow, but we did manage to harvest one salmon. I was a little surprised that we were fishing so close to the city….coming up to Canada, I was expecting a more “natural” experience. I guess you have to go where the fish are! And the best part: we got to try some delicious salmon that evening.

Roy was great, put us on a couple of really active bait balls, and we got lots of bites and fish! Would recommend.

We caught a couple of small fish right away. And was slow for the rest of the fishing time. He worked endlessly to get us hooked up. It was a slow day for us and all the boats around. Luckily the traps were a huge success. Seconds time out with Roy and it’s a blast!
