This was a great trip. Captain Will was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time chatting with us and worked diligently to find us spots to catch our targeted species. He took us out to catch bait first thing in the morning and then took us to several spots. We caught three King Mackerel and many Bonita. A lot of vessels were struggling to catch much that day and he was able to put us on some great spots to catch some great fish. He was a pleasure to be around and we enjoyed our trip.

I did have some issues with our overall experience. captain Will does not have a first mate, so it was difficult for him to do everything wich is completely understandable. However, there were only two out of four who were able to fish at a time. I feel as though he could have rigged all four of us up so we could all be fishing. As it stood, two of us were always sitting there just awaiting our turn.

He took our time to clean his boat. I understand that fish blood is difficult to remove when dried and can be a pain to remove. However, cleaning the boat should be done at the end of the trip and not on our time we have reserved to fish.

After we caught two mackerel, he left them on the boat instead of getting them on ice. I had to ask him if he had an ice box we could put them in, when he told me where it was, I placed them in the ice box.

Please know, my high rating still stands, but I want to be honest and provide constructive criticism. Again, he was excellent, just a few things I wanted to bring up.

Captain Will was great! He was ready to fish stat- no delays. He had all the variety of rods ready, bait already in the baitwell at time of pickup. He obviously had a plan to hit multiple spots with variety. quick to pull up and move when spots slowed or if sharks started getting on the site scaring the fish. We caught a little of everything and went home with lots of future meals . Bonus was we got on Tuna at the end and got 2 large blackfin ! started with 2 big mutt snapper, large king mackeral, some beautiful tropical fish (catch and release)

We had the time of our lives today….unbelievable conditions and what a fantastic variety of fish we caught: snapper, grouper, kingfish, blue runner, tuna, plus an Atlantic bluntnose shark and a SAILFISH to boot- none of which could have been possible without Capt. Will’s guidance and expertise (and immaculate boat)- Highly, highly recommend this charter- we will definitely be coming back. Thanks again Capt. Will for an amazing time!

Capt. Will was great. We had a mix of seasoned fisherman to first time outers. Capt. Will quickly realized who knew what and tailored the fishing experience as required. Weather was fantastic. First stop and within 10 minutes we were landing Tuna. The day just kept getting better. Second stop for Mahi took a bit longer to produce, but Will was persistent and next thing we know we’re in a school of Mahi. At one point we had 5 on the lines all at once. We had an incredible day out on the water with a very talented and professional Capt. there’s a reason Will has so many 5 star reviews.

We have never gone lobstering before and were a little bit hesitant about booking the charter. From the moment we got on the boat,  Will put us at ease. Started us off easy in the bay and explained everything to us. He got in the water for the first couple to show us how to do it. When he saw us struggling to get them in the net, he jumped back in to help guide us along. He is very patient and knows how to get the lobster in the boat. We almost caught our limit, but being beginners, we let alot sneak out of the net. We were having so much fun we extended our trip out to 6 hours from the original 4 hours we booked. If you want to have a really fun day, call Captain Will and he will take care of the rest! We will be calling him again the next time we are in the Keys!
