Capt Blake May and mate Houston were amazing! They kept us on fish all day, we limited out on everything and caught a bunch for fun. This was the best charter I have ever had. If you are reading reviews then you are trying to decide. Make it easy and make yourself happy - go with this one.

The seas were angry that day, it tried to throw us back out of the water.  Captain Blake and crewman Houston did a great job trying to keep the motion to a minimum.  Captain Blake took us directly to the fish, we were pulling in Red Snappers as soon as the bait was on the floor.  We had 6 keepers and at least that many “just under the size” in the first forty minutes of getting to the spot.  Houston seemed as if he had four or five arms - baiting one pole, taking a fish off another pole and getting a couple of cigar minnows ready to be cast out.  The sea won that day but we took home enough fish to eat the next nights meal back at the condo.  We were only gone a total of just over 3 hours and we had 6 Red Snappers and one Spanish Mackerel.  We will be back, no doubt and we will even the score with the sea. Thank you Captain Blake and First Mate Houston, great job and we will do even better next time.

Took my wife and step-son out for a 10hr trip. Captain Blake was very friendly and worked hard to get us on the fish. We didn’t catch as much as we had hoped but it wasn’t from a lack of trying. Captain Blake threw everything he had at the fish and they were just not biting for us or any of the other boats. Even still we caught our fill of red snapper and an amberjack and trigger although we couldn’t keep those as they were out of season. The interior of the boat was very nice! And the couch was very comfortable. Took a couple naps on it while we were out. Overall I would book with Captain Blake again.

Great experience to go out on the boat and catch some fish. I would recommend going when it warms down a lot. Fish are not so aggressive at the moment but we still caught some fish. We were hoping for more to take home but sometimes fishing is hard. But on the other hand the Doc hand and captain were great. Roll Tide Roll.

We had a great time on the Mad Hatter with Captain Blake and first mate Houston. They were just as excited as we were being it was their first time out this season. The fishing was great and Houston was right there anytime someone had a fish on or needed a hook baited. We will definitely book them the next time we are here.
