I decided to book with boat because they were responsive and the reviews and pictures of fish looked good. Come to find out some of those fish were caught on their larger boat off of Cozumel.  The captain should have canceled this trip due to the rough 3-5’ seas conditions knowing their boat couldn’t handle it. They should have communicated and gave us the option at a minimum but they just wanted to get paid. We fished for 3 of 8 hour trip and hung out on a sand bar the rest of the trip. Their motor broke on the way back in. We tried to make the best out of but this was a huge waste of money. 0 bites in 3 hours of trolling in high seas.

We caught 2 barracuda and 1 trigger fish, along with multiple smaller fish. The water was rough so we stayed in the bay. Crew was great!!!  We had 2 small issues.  1st—we were supposed to get snacks, sandwiches and drinks.  We were only offered drinks.  2nd—the website said that we could pay the balance with credit card.  The crew took me around the area (after fishing) on a moped looking for an ATM because they wanted cash.  After the 3rd ATM stop because my bank declined, they took me back to the boat where my group was waiting.  I was told that their credit card machine doesn’t always work.  It happened to work.  But with all that running around, they had a taxi come to the boat to take us back to the hotel. Overall, good fishing trip. I would go with them again.  Next time I will bring food and cash!!!
