We had the best time on the full day trip to Pearl Islands.  Miguel was a wonderful Captain, spoke great English, and was informative the entire time.  We were lucky to catch Mahi Mahi, Amberjack, and Snapper.  We got to take our catch to Contadora (one of the Pearl Islands) and have it prepared fresh for lunch, it was delicious!  Miguel also prepared some fresh ceviche for us right on the boat.  Overall wonderful time and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful fishing trip with Capt Miguel and Panama GEM Charters - 27’ Proline! The boat/equipment was perfect and Capt Miguel is an expert fisherman who is fluent in English and a great fishing companion (great guy!). And just as importantly, the fishing was great! We caught Blackfin Tuna, Spanish Mackerel. Crevalle Jack, & African Pompano! After fishing we had lunch on Tobago Isandat a great local restaurant on the beach which expertly cooked our Spanish Mackerel along with great sides of rice, beans, and plantains (cold beer was great as well). Capt Miguel also made wonderful ceviche on the boat from our catch!

I also want to commend Capt Miguel for being flexible and understanding when my wife and daughter had had enough of fishing well before lunch. At his suggestion we simply dropped them off at the town on Tobago Island to relax on the beach, chill at a beach-side cafe, and explore the town all with directions from Capt Miguel. My wife/daughter were very happy with this arrangement (they enjoyed their visit to Tobago) and my son & I got right back to fishing with Capt Miguel. Well played Capt Miguel!!!!

All in all a great day which we all enjoyed!
