Our trip was amazing! We caught 3 huge Jacks and a Triple tail. The Captain Alejandro and first mate Jesus were incredibly helpful and patient. They were an efficient team, well-organized and skilled at catching fish as well as teaching us proper technique. They had drinks and ice on the boat for us. Captain Alejandro cleaned the triple tail for us and we got to take some filets to a local restaurant to eat. So good! I highly recommend this crew and boat.

Alejandro and Jesus were awesome to fish with. Very fun to be arlund and we hooked up on a nice snook pretty quick! We had a couple nice strikes but didn’t land anything else! That’s fishing. Will def go fishing with them again.

Captain and crew were very helpful. We got straight on the boat and away we went. We caught some Jack right off the bat and they made ceviche with the first fish. It was very delicious and as fresh as fresh could be. We went a bit deeper out and caught a Rooster fish that was very cool. All in all, a great trip, very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Today was a pleasure! We had a fishing excursion with Captain Alex and Sol Y Mar and caught the a 40 pound Grouper. We also caught several other fish. The boat was in great shape and the Captain was very helpful, and knowledgeable on where to find the fish! Him and his first mate Jesus were friendly and made us feel completely welcome on their vessel.  Thanks Sol Y Mar! Amazing trip.

Alejandro and his father took me, my 12 year old and my 6 year old sons into the bay for a 4hr trip. They did a great job at making sure the kiddos caught fish and we’re able to take pictures with every fish they caught. They are very knowledgeable about the waters they fish, and helped to make it a great experience for all of us. We would recommend this trip to families with children of all ages.
