These waters are known for Bonito, Jack Crevalle, Blue Marlin, Sailfish, White Marlin, Roosterfish, and more – with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time. Capt. Alejandro also offers kite fishing.

You'll be welcome aboard a 27' Hatteras Panga that can carry up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods and reels are supplied for you. Be sure to ask about bait and lures as well.

There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

It's always wise to bring sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Fishing with Alejadro and Jesus was an amazing treat. he kept us on fish all day! I was so glad I chose the 6 hr trip as we had the biggest hits of the day in the last two hours. besides the countless biteoffs first thing in the morning. Alejandro made the best fresh ceviche with the mornings catch and was the best 50th birthday present from my wife made possible from my friends in Illinois! Thankfulky i now have his number and can work around his schedule to make it happen again. Thanks Alejandro and Jesus! see you soon!

WOW! What a great day on the water!

Captain Alejandro and the first mate put us into the bite with fish into the boat within minutes after leaving the harbour, such an eventfull day. we caught fish, saw many sea turtles, and saw more skipjack tuna than I can count. I would recommend Sol y Mar fishing adventure to anyome thinking about a fishing excursion in Banderas bay. Really treated us lile family, and the early morning start was such a good idea to get out on noce calm waters. both guys that run the blat are amazing fisherman, friendly and knowledgeable. fantastic experience

We had an amazing time with this fishing charter! The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable even those of us who don't fish often. They took us to great spots, helped with everything from baiting hooks to reeling in some big catches, and made the whole experience fun and relaxing. You can tell they really love what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great day on the water!

Great Captain and First Mate

We had a great trip and the captain made us very comfortable. My husband was very nervous and the Capt. joked and spoke with him and kept us wothin 2 - 2 1/2 miles of the shore. The veiw was amazing and we caught 10-12 mackerel. We were going to keep them but decided that we didnt want them so the we gave them to the crew who kept them and released the some.

Slow day but he tried!

Alejandro is a great guy. Fishing was very slow but I think it was the time of year as it didn’t look like anyone was catching much. Boat is fairly basic but was more than enough for the 3 of us. Overall, it was a fun day to get out on the water.
