Had an awesome trip with Jeff at Rend Lake โ Lakeside Guide Services. We hit our limit and were on slab crappies the whole time. What really stood out was how efficient everything was. no fancy tech, just pure experience and knowledge of the water.
Jeff knows exactly where to go and how to stay on fish. You can tell heโs been doing this a long time, and it shows in the results. If you want a guide who gets you on fish and keeps it simple and effective, this is your guy.

Let me say this man is an amazing guide, fisherman and human being! Pulling up to the first spot I looked at his depth finder and was expecting him to have the fish finder on like every guide Iโve seen. There was no fish finder on and within 10 minutes we were slaying the crappies! End of the day we ended with lots to eat and some really nice slabs! I think there needs to be more than 5 stars for a rating for this man and his small business. We are going to make the 5 hour drive to spend a week with this guy out on the water! Great conversationalist and with all the bang for your buck!

Guide was good and knowledgeable. All equipment needed was provided. Put us on fish. After the trip captain cleaned the fish and rinsed them as good as I would have done myself. Then he provided a plastic zip lock bag, an ice pack and a small cooler.ย Our captain Jeff also has a bed and breakfast if the drive is too far for one day trip with package deals. All good!

My grandson and I came home with a bunch of nice crappie, bass, and catfish.ย Jeff is a pro who really delivers for his customers.ย Beautiful filet work too!ย Highly recommended.
