When asked at the beginning of the outing what type of fishing we wanted, we said bottom fishing.ย The crew, with a mind of their own, chose to put out an array of surface lures, then trolled around for the entire time!ย Not for even one minute did we do any bottom fishing.ย Why?ย I couldnโt say!
Itโs always disappointing when the fishing isnโt as expected, but unfortunately, itโs something beyond our control. Weโre currently reviewing the situation with the captain to better understand what happened, including why bottom fishing wasnโt carried out.
