We brought teo 8 year olds ho for their forst charter. its was early season, so the captain tried every trick he knew, every spot, and even stayed out extra time just to make sure both younger boys caught fish of a lifetime! i cant wait to book my next trip with Lucky Dog Charters๐ฏ๐ช๐ฝ๐ช๐ฝ

I have taken my boys fishing in the Caribbean and Canada and who knew the best fishing was in my own back yard (somewhatโฆI live in Pittsburgh)!!! We caught an insane amount of walleye- about 30 but we threw some smaller ones back, and brought home 23 fish! One was 7lbs! The crew couldnโt get a break with all the bites on. the lines. They worked non-stop. Afterwards, we went back to their cute camp and the cleaned all of the fish and filleted and bagged it for us. I never had walleye before and let me tell you it is the best fish you will ever eat. My boys are already asking when we can go again, and we def will, but we have a lot of fish to eat through first! Highly recommend this trip.

The Captain (Gary) and crew (Dale) were both knowledgeable and engaging. We fished a heavy fog and the equiptment on board including the radar made the trip feel very safe. We got into fish right away and were able to take home plenty of fish and stories!

I used multiple guide services for Fishing at Lake Erie. Lucky Dog is by far the best! From communication of the trip,the equipment used, the captain and fist mate,to cleaning our catch. This is a top notch guide service and I highly recommend them!!
