Well, to begin, captain Dave was more than we hoped for. He is very personable, pleasant to be around. He listens to what his clients say which makes the trip even better. While his boat is not as modern or as big as others available, it fits perfectly for what he is offering. However, providing a small locker for clients items would open up a bit more floor space which would make it easier moving around the boat. While this didn’t really impact our trip since we came aboard with very little gear. Overall we had an extremely productive day on the water, captain Dave is highly motivated and loves what he is doing and it shows in how successful our trip turned out to be. You can never really predict how a fishing trip will be, and as an angler knows, it’s really up to the fish if you’re successful. Captain Dave has the ability to make everything come together so his clients are successful.

I had a great time out on the Waccamaw River with Capt David. We caught bass on a variety of baits, and I look forward to taking some of the tricks I learned back to my home waters. Surprised my husband and 10yr old son as a gift for a father-son outing. Dave was fantastic, he was able to make sure everyone was having fun and catching fish. He was very knowledgeable about what the fish were biting that day, so it basically guaranteed catches. He was great with our son, and matched his energy. 100% plan on going again with Dave next time we come down!

Captain David knows the river put me on the fish. Being a little rusty I missed as many as I caught. Had a great time would do it again tomorrow. Thank you
