We are surprised by your review, and does not line up with what was said after the trip.  When you all got back from your trip everyone was smiling, joking and saying you all had a good time.  Everyone tipped as well.  We did have a hiccup and miss understanding during the payment process that was remedied.  We strive to provide a fun and productive trip.
