We took this fishing trip with 4 kids ages 4 to 11 and all 4 caught multiple fish! Besides fishing, we saw dolphins up close, got to ride the boat fast per the 4 year olds request, and even visited the “secret potty”. Yep the potty was even a highlight. It had been raining off and on all week long so I wasnt too sure and texted the guides.  He assured me it would stop and 1 hour before the trip indeed it did.  I wasnt expecting anything this fun of a trip due to the rain showers.  My kids absolutely loved the trip and caught plenty of fish. We had a blast with Captain Donald Roy at Gulf Island Charters! He got our 15-year-old boys reeling in exciting fish while skillfully dodging rain clouds. Bonus: we saw dolphins and enjoyed a beautiful boat ride. It was a perfect afternoon! Highly recommend Captain Donald for a fun family adventure!

We came all the way from Dallas, Texas, and Donald nailed it. Couldn’t have asked for a better time with my 4 kids by myself. I would recommend him to anybody in the area looking to gain a little experience with their kids at a good cost. I’ll be back!

This trip is the perfect excursion for a family. Took three of my teenagers and they all had a blast. Everybody caught something. It was the right amount of time on the water so no one got board and everyone stayed focused on the fishing.
