We went out on the water from 6 to 6:30 used $25 (1 dozen live bait) during the 30 minutes for 3 people. He refuses to refund any of $275 even though I am fairly only asking for 50% refund. The FishingBooker site says they already released the funds and to work out with captain whom refuses to refund any money. Certainly anyone can understand that paying $275 for 30 minutes on the water and using $25 worth of bait is not a good value. Yes we caught fish during the 30 minutes but the experience was cut short and the fee should also be refunded (cut short) due to these circumstances- the captain feels not charging me $75 for 3 dozen shiners is a good deal. I disagree as we only used $25 worth of shiners and he had advised us he already purchased the shiners earlier in the day as he had a cancellation (not our cancellation) and $25 credit is not sufficient

Hello Kerry, I’m sorry but the bulk of this review is just simply not true. When you got off the water early because a thunderstorm rolled in after 1 hour of fishing. Captain Brent offered you a refund and you declined it saying you were happy you caught the 6 fish that you guys did (In which one was a 8 pound trophy catch) and you said because Brent had to accommodate you switching the time all the way to 6pm. After you declined any refund, Brent then said that you don’t have to pay him the $75 for the bait that he bought for the day.
Even though you only used 1 dozen, the bait cannot be returned and it won’t last over night to be used again in a livewell.
You say we were the ones who moved the meeting time to 6pm which is not true. It was you, not us, who pushed the time back to 6pm. Brent was happy to get you out at anytime but you wanted to change it to later when it wasn’t as hot. You also wanted to shorten the trip to just one and a half hours, ending it at 7:30pm. You didn’t even want to fish the full amount of time to begin with. We have the texts to show all of this.
After you were already offered a refund the day of the trip and declined it. It was two days later before you changed your mind and wanted a refund.
When you finally messaged us about a refund, we refunded 50% of the trip as you asked. Then after you were happy to get a refund, and you thanked us, you then wrote this review which is not true at all.
You were immediately offered a refund after the trip and you denied it. You were the one who pushed the start time back to 6pm. And you WERE refunded 50% for the trip.

He was a good captain and was very helpful with my daughter and wife. We caught many bass and most of them was good size
