Not only did the captain and crew teach me a few things about deep sea fishing (unfortunately no fish caught), they also taught me how how to handle myself on a boat on the ocean. The motion of the ocean taught me that taking Dramamine once I boarded was too late, to avoid eating acidic food, and to eat my food slowly / chew it completely. (My regular apple for breakfast was not a good idea - it led to an unsettled stomach).
Started the day with a pair of the fattest skipjack tunas I have ever caught.ย Lots of birds and we kept trolling.ย Captain stuck with it amd headed North.ย Before too long WHAM!ย After about an hour boated a 95# yellowfin and a nice fat 110# yellowfin!ย Captain amd Mate were excellent.ย The boat was great and ises top quality equipmemt!ย GREAT TRIP!
Captains Joe and Jeff were fantastic! Theyโre no joke. I booked a full day of fishing and I believe they were working as hard the last minute as they were the first. Of course nothing is guaranteed, thats why itโs called fishing and not catching. They put us on some nice mahi and tuna. Great guys with lots of experience. I would definitely book my next trip with them.
Captain, Mike and Blake did a great job. It was tough going for most of the day, but they stayed at it and were able to finally get us on some fish! I highly recommend them. They did a great job.
Captain Mike & Dennis were top notch! They were real pros that make the whole process look so easy due to their expertise. We felt safe & in great hands the whole time. We definitely got some motion sickness due to the choppy waves but they were amazingly accommodating & hospitable. Would definitely do it again, just would take dramamin the days leading up to it.
