Debbie and I want to thank Captain Rick for a great time.  We started out in some pretty wavey water. We were catching fish but not the ones we wanted to eat.  We recommended the calmer water due to a little bit of motion sick feeling. Captain Rick was very compassionate to our needs and took us to calmer waters. We then were able to relax more and really got into catching fish. I snapped one line on Rick’s trolling motor which I felt pretty bad about. Rick was very calm about it. He raised the trolling motor to un-wind the string and we went right back to fishing. What a great guy Rick was. We didn’t catch a lot of fish to eat but the experience with Deb and to watch her catch a fish was worth the trip. Thanks captain Rick for giving us some great memories to add to our scrap book.

Captain Richard knew I was bringing along the kids(8&9) and he sure kept them busy. In total we caught 16 fish in two hours, if my math is correct that’s two fish every 15 minutes . We had a blast and the weather could have not been better. Capt is super good with kids and helped turn my daughter into a saltwater angler, she reeled in 10, her lifetime total is 11….needless to say she’s hooked after today. Next time out we’ll do the four hour trip, thanks again!!

Captain Rich was very accommodating and helpful with the rails and bait. Due to time constraints we decided to do a 2-hour inshore fishing trip. On second thought, a 6-hour offshore fishing trip probably would have been more fun, but we had some rookies on the boat and it was a good experience for them. If you have the time, I definitely recommend an offshore fishing experience.

When offshore fishing with Captain Rick yesterday. It was my first time deep-sea fishing so to speak and it was a very enjoyable and awesome experience! Captain Rick was very understanding and explain stuff even though it took me a little bit to get the hang of it I stopped feeding the fish the bait.
We started out catching her own bait and then proceeded to fish there for a bit and then he took me out a little bit further. Let me tell you for what I call a small fish they sure do you put up a mighty big struggle. I think I caught every kind of fish known to this area. Captain Rick was very patient and I even got on board entertainment. He is quite the singer let me tell you!
He explained everything and did a few demonstration’s until I got the hang of it. Thank you for that Captain Rick. I will definitely make sure that every time that I am down here whether I bring friends or just myself I will book this trip over and over again. Thank you again Captain Rick for making it an enjoyable and awesome first time experience.

I bought this trip for my husband for his birthday- him & our 8 year old son went & had a fantastic time. I booked and paid for 4 hours inshore but Captain Rick actually took them deep sea fishing!! What a great surprise!! My husband said they caught so many fish- some were not in season so had to throw those back but had a blast getting to see the different fish. They did catch both their limits on red snapper which Captain Rick cleaned & bagged for them! They had & I quote “THE BEST TIME EVER”. We will most definitely use Cap Rick again!! Thank you for an excellent afternoon & perfect first sea fishing trip for our son!!
