When I read your comment, I really think that it is not a comment, it is a criticism. 1 in the comments always talk about Captain Pancho and Captain Hollywood Jaime. All the people always have a great service on my part and from them I understand that Captain Pancho lacks a little English but he is a great fisherman. 2 fishing lines on my reels is brand (p line extra strong) the hooks are mustad brand always buy good quality equipment. The captain told me that you do not move the line well and skim with the boat and it breaks and also comment that you raise the pressure more than normal! 3 I am always reading emails and answering messages to my clients that is why in the comments they mention it repeatedly. Hi, it is a bit difficult to understand the comment you left, some words are confusing for me, but I will answer what I understood.

1. We have safety equipment for 5 passengers including life jackets and lifebuoy, first aid kit and including a telephone number directly from the navy in case we have an emergency.
2. the water was very green a lot of work was done to be able to catch a fish. my captain he really want to give you a good fishing experience sorry if he did not talk much with you but on bad fishing days they get very stressed to be able to catch a fish for you and he tried and pancho is one of my best captains.
3. On the 4-hour tour that you booked, he did everything possible to catch fish for you and there were no other unforeseen events.  I fail to understand the meaning of your last line of words in the comment you left.

I understand your displeasure for not catching fish. But that’s the way of fishing sometimes bad luck. I think you only focused not catching fish in the review . But the service provided by us you ignored it. But thank you very much for your star.
