Very happen with our trip came home with close to 100 pounds of yellowfin and Dorado filets. To top it off, we got a nice group picture with a Marlin we caught . Captain and deck hand were both seasoned Veterans knew exactly what to do and where things were at. If you’re concerned about a crew that will put in the work to get you on fish have no fear this boat will get you on fish when others won’t make the extra effort. Thanks for the great trip.

This was our second year with the Ursula and crew and when I say they are the best I mean it! We had an 8 hour trip and within the first hour our son caught a 4 1/2 foot mako shark. They brought it in safetly and with skill! After a couple hours we finally hooked a Marlin. Between the 3 strong guys on our boat and both crew men it took 3 1/2 hours to fight a massive Marlin! The way the crew and captain stayed on this fish and the skill behind the boat maneuvers is unmatched! We finally got the Marlin in and headed back to dock and we were the only boat the entire day who came back with any fish! It was absolutely incredible and we will be back and 100% these are our guys!

There was a fishing tournament starting the day we fished. We didn’t think much of it, since we weren’t in it. It did, unfortunately have an unintended effect on our fishing trip. When we went to get bait, we couldn’t get sardines to go after the tuna we were hoping to get. This led us to have to troll for tuna with artificial lures and the bait we were able to get. We tried many things for many hours but with no results. The captain took us to a spot of known tuna to try and different tactic. We snagged two and then switched over to bottom fishing. We ended up catching round 20 fish of all different types. We had a wonderful time doing that and really enjoyed the rest of the trip.

The crew was amazing in an unusual circumstance. They tried very hard to get us on the targeted fish with the bait we had. In the end they got us onto some fish and we had a good time.  Great crew, good boat! Would definitely fish with them again!

My family went on a half day trip with Captain Manual today, 10/7/2024. We left the dock at 6am and by 9am, my adult sons had caught a nice sized yellow fin and a 260lb blue Marlin (after only an hour and a half of fighting it!) Our captain and his crew member (I’m embarrassed to have forgotten his name) worked so hard to create a once in a lifetime experience for my family. Their skill, expertise, and years of experience shown through. They were just as invested in our trip as we were. I know a half day can be more difficult to navigate, especially when the fish are not biting but they absolutely nailed it! I would highly recommend them if you’re in Cabo and looking for a crew that works hard to provide you with an amazing experience.

It was a great day with plenty of sunshine and pretty calm waters. We headed north to start the day catching a mahi mahi on the way to the spot where the tuna were plentiful. We caught several and decided we had enough so headed out to chase marlin. The captain put us on several but we were only able to land one, but it was a beauty!
The only thing about Cabo fishing these days is everything is now an extra - fishing license, bait (both tuna bait and marlin bait since it’s different) and even ice - then extra to have it cleaned. But I’ll tell ya, it was still a great experience and seeing my son-in-law land his first marlin was worth every penny!
By the way, take your catch to a local restaurant and have them prepare it - amazing!!
