Chris, we are sorry that you didnโt have more than a stellar experience on the water fishing with us. We helped you catch a sailfish, the catch that is on just about everybodyโs bucket list but by the time we realed them in Everybody was seasick. Yes we did have a small mechanical Issue we corrected and we always comp our customers for time lost. We continued to fish but you requested to come in early because everybody wasnโt feeling well even though the seas were nice that day. As we always do we have offered you a 25% discount on your next charter even though the reason for cutting the charter short was at your request. We look forward to fishing with you again in the future. We also always suggest that customers that are not used to being on the water should take something for motion sickness so the experience for each member of the charter can be the best for them.

We had higher expectations when we got there. The captain tried talking us out of going before we even left the dock, the boat had a bilge problem and they knew about it. We were out for 3 hours and never caught a thing and then we were asked if we wanted to bottom fish. Not knowing that bottom fishing was going to entail ship wreck fishing, overall experience was horrible I would not recommend this boat to anyone else. I feel like we got ripped off paying $1050.00 to go ship wreck fishing when we booked a all day offshore fishing trip. Maybe if the captain and his crew would have been more concerned with us on the boat instead of driving around half the day we couldโve caught something more than a Cobia. My sonโs first experience with me on the ocean was a horrible one I feel like we got scammed and my trip was cut 1 hour short because the boat was taking on so much water.. I did my research before my trip and this boat was highly recommended thatโs why I booked it and boy was that a mistake I feel like we only had our rods in the water for 2 hours tops because we drove around the rest of the time trying to find a spot that was good enough, so we all paid this amount of money for 1 fish and everyone was totally disappointed because we flew down for this trip and high hopes on bringing a cooler full of fish and we got 1.

I am truely sorry you didnโt feel your experience was good. The reason the captain ran so far for fishing is because the better bite for fishing was reported to be a 40 minute drive north and we wanted to try and catch as many fish as possible because the bite closer had not been that good for the previous few days. Yes, unfortunately with the rough seas the water was coming in the boat and the back bilge pump did stop working and it is our first concern to get clients back to the dock safe. We have 3 bilge pumps but even one failure in the back or the boat is cause for concern and the captain discounted the trip to 7 hours instead of 8. Unfortunately when we have to travel far to get to good fishing it cuts time off the lines in the water time and we have to take that chance rather then troll for 8 hours and catch nothing.ย If there is something more we can do to make your trip right please let me know but safetly of clients has to be our top priority and they did get the extra pump out to remove the water in the bilge as we keep emergency pumps on boar just for that reason

The owner of the boat and his son who crewed were excellent but the skipper who ran the boat was not especially likable although he was clearly competent. He smoked around the guests and created a negative feeling in his guests.
Captain passed out drunk and 1st mate had to drive boat.ย No one helped us fish. Zero bites, of course
