No nonsense, pleasant captain put us on the fish and made sure to take care of us all.ย I limited out on halibut and rockfish and my buddy limited out on rockfish.ย Everyone else on the boat caught fish too.ย Nice day on the water!

Capitan Keith has 35+ years experience,ย and it shows. There were six of us, and he did a good job of teaching us the ropes.ย He put us on salmon first thing and we caught a few. We then moved out to get halibut.ย The wind picked up when a front came in, and the ocean got rough.ย We were in the halibut spot for a very short time and the anchor would not hold. We were only there for about 15 minutes and had a couple good bites.ย Capitan Keith was busy trying to keep the boat anchored and we did not land a halibut.ย Capitan Keith decided that we should head for calmer waters,ย so we reeled up and left. Once we got to calmer water, he told us that we probably wouldnโt be able to catch more then 1 or 2 in that spot if any at all. He offered to take us in and only charge us for a half day of fishing. We all agreed that that would be best. It was very generous of him to make that offer. We would use Capitan Keith again in the future.

Thanks Jeff I wish we would have been able to finish the day but you canโt fight Mother Nature.
We had a great trip. Keith did all he could to try and find us some fish. We left with three. And one was a decent size!! But the fish just were not biting. Keith was a nice person, and did a great job. The water was pretty rocky on the way back. Scared us a bit. But Keith was a good Captain and we made it back safe! Would definitely book again in the future. If you have a trip planned with him and his cell, and work phone arenโt working i believe it was saying โnot registeredโ it is because he is out of service on the water, and his business phone goes straight to his cell. We were worried there was no trip, but spoke to the front desk in Seward. And he contacted us as soon as he got back!

Weather kept us in Bay. Slow day for halibut,ย caught a couple small ones.ย Caught a lot of Pacific cod.ย Fun day fishing.ย Captain was great.ย Only two of us on boat.besides captain.
We all had a great experience catching fish and Captain Keith was very personable and right there with us the whole time making sure we did!
