We showed up about 10 minutes early and they were prepared and ready to go. We had a full day of fishing and weren’t disappointed. Our party was 4 and everyone caught fish starting around 7am. We caught 6 big Dorados and then I landed a big Black Marlin. We released the Marlin and they filleted the Dorados so we could take some to a nearby restaurant they recommended. The food was incredible!! They spotted some whales for us to photograph and took pictures with a big sea lion that followed us into the marina. Captain Juan and Ismael worked hard and checked all the boxes of things we hoped to see and do. We will return and do it all again. Best fishing experience ever!

Outstanding fishing trip.  First time for entire family. We are all novices but thanks to expert captain and first mate all 3 of us caught Marlins…a relatively rare feat but not uncommon for this crew.  We were the most successful boat that day in the entire Marina due to the expertise of the captain and his first mate. Everything was provided. The captain could spot the Marlins and put us on the fish and then his first mate would do some very professional long-distance casting with live bait to entice the Marlins to strike.  It was truly impressive to behold.  Thank you for the wonderful trip!  We will never forget it!

My wife and I fished on the Blue Tail with Juan (boat owner) and his first mate Ismael. They were great to deal with. Boat was extremely clean. Guys were very knowledgeable.

We fished on the pacific side of Cabo San Lucas trolling a variety of artificial and live baits approximately 1/2 mile to 1 mile offshore. Nothing much happened until around 11:30. Our first hookup was on a decent sized sailfish which we unfortunately lost. About an hour later we caught the striped Marlin and Blue Marlin you see in the pictures. All in all a great day.

I would highly recommend this boat. This was my second year fishing on this boat and they always seem to deliver. First year I caught a 150 lb Black Marlin.

My husband and I booked 8hr trip on Blue Tail based off reviews and they delivered. Both the captain and mate worked very hard to put us on fish! By 8:30 am we had a few fish on boat. Caught 5 mahi-mahi and released of a sail fish. Everything was as promised, fishing license, cold beverages, lunch from subway and many snacks. The boat and equipment kept clean and top notch! We actually told the captain that we had enough fish on boat since we hit hard in am and we could end before scheduled time. They kept rods out on the way in hoping for another bite. These guys worked endlessly to ensure our trip over exceeded expectations. First class! We will book again the next time in Cabo. Thanks guys for a wonderful day! Until we meet again…Kim & Jimmy

My wife and I chartered this boat because of the reviews. The crew was great with the captain trolling for about 3 hrs. moving further from the coast. When it seemed like a slow day with fishing bang the deck hand burst into action. The Black Marlin hit. We hit three fish from 130-200 Lbs. My wife and I were exhausted by the time we got them to the boat. The captain and deck hand were great. We said we were ready to leave back to shore. We were close to shore when he stopped the boat and asked if we wanted to do more fishing. We were exhausted and said we were ready for shore. He was ready to have us bottom fish for snapper. I would recommend them to everyone.
