We caught 2 yellowfin tuna, 18 blackfin tuna, 3 Skipjack Tuna, and one good size Wahoo. We were catching so many fish, that the captain (Orlando) threw the SkipJack Tuna at another boat to keep them away. Seriously, he shared the SkipJack Tuna with another boat because they are great bait and we had plenty of fish. Will come again and for this boat (which is fast) and Captain Orlando because he was great to keep us in fish and fun to be with!
We could not have had a better time with Captain Jordan. We set out early and began with jigging for Tuna. Nearly every drop we were pulling up a Tuna, totaling probably 20 within the first hour. Then, Jordan showed us a variety of different fishing techniques, and we were constantly having success. The highlight was catching a 7FT BLUE MARLIN. The fish of a lifetime and we could not be more thankful for Jordan and his immense knowledge of this island and fishing!! We also had a group of 5, all with varying levels of fishing skills. Jordan understood our limitations and made sure to tailor the experience to our needs! He filleted our fish after getting back to the dock and we have been enjoying sushi and sashimi all week. We had such a great time we booked a second trip! Thank you Jordan for an amazing experience!

He has a deep understanding of the local environment and of the fish you hope to be landing. There were three people in our party and we went home with more than enough Yellowfin tuna and wahoo. I had an amazing fishing experience with Mako Tours on Bonaire! Jordan was super friendly, professional, and really knew where to find the fish. We caught several great fish and the action was nonstop. The boat was clean, well equipped, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was the best guided trip I’ve ever had — highly recommended to anyone visiting Bonaire who wants a fun and successful day on the water!
it was a very windy day and made for tough fishing. Our captain showed us multiple fishing techniques but the fish werent cooperating. we’ll be back
