My brother, niece and I had a great fishing trip with Captain Tom. We don't have much experience fishing on the ocean but Tom made sure we caught some fish. We caught mostly Spanish mackarle and kept 7 which Tom filleted for us to take home for dinner that night. If I ever get the chance I will definitely go fishing with Tom again.
Took my 17 and 14-year-old sons ocean fishing for the first time and Captain Tom really put us on them! We caught a bunch of white trout in the bay, then my youngest son caught something so big he fought it for 15 minutes and unfortunately, it was so big, we couldn’t even get it up to the boat and eventually the hook broke off. We also caught a ton of mangrove snapper out the gulf and even had dolphins hanging out at our boat we were catching so many fish! Great time and Captain Tom was awesome. Highly recommend! 
i had a great time with Captain Tom. we had some good weather, but had to pivot the plan due to the wind. I had my 14-yr old son and 7-yr old daughter and Tom was very helpful with both of them. We ended up with a ton of delicious white trout and some fun fights with sailcats. we did an afternoon booking and thankfully the same wind that kept us in the bay was refteshing for mid-july weather. Tom was helpful and i hope to go with him again next time we are in the area.

Captain Tom was prompt, polite, and professional. His boat and tackle were clean and were perfect for the fish we were targeting. He gave us realistic expectations for the day and told us where we were going to be fishing and why. His knowledge of the area was wonderful and we got information and stories about some of the spectacular boats and homes that we passed as we made our way to the fishing locations he had chosen for us. We were one of the first boats to arrive and with specific instructions and fresh bait, we we catching fish quickly. His efforts to insure we had fresh and appropriate live bait was apparent as all three of us were catching fish. Tom's energy and enthusiasm was geniune as he netted, unhooked, and rebaited our rods quickly to get us back in the action. We targeted three species of fish that morning and were able to put 2 or more fish of each, in the boat. He had us back at the dock on time. He helped us take pictures and cleaned our fish promptly and professionally. We had a wonderful morning of fishing and we would recommend Tom and Double A Charters to anyone seeking a quality fishing trip. Thank you, Tom! Jay, Ally, and Alyssa

This was my husband’s first time in-shore/near shore fishing and Capt. Tom did not disappoint! We caught a nice variety of fish including some nice red snapper. He kept us moving to be sure we continued to catch fish. Definitely recommend him and Double A Charters!
Capt Tom was by far the best charter i’ve ever used. he was very friendly not only to my wife and I but to our 2 sons as well (9-11) I absolutely recommend him and his charter and will be using him for any other trips we plan in the future.
