We did an afternoon inshore trip & temps were in upper 90s, calm water. The fish were hitting pretty hard (Spanish mackerel) & Capt kept us on the schools and got decent sized ones on ice! Mate Riley was proficient with keeping the lines in the water & handling the catch. Vessel had no problem keeping our party cool & comfy. Great time for my family. Thanks.
Last minute, booked an afternoon family fishing trip and it turned out awesome. We all caught a bunch of sea bass and a few sheepshead. The vessel is well-kept and perfectly comfortable for our family of 5. We brought sunscreen, a cooler bag with drinks and snacks, and appropriately-sized life jackets for our three kids. The captain and mate seemed very knowledgeable about the area and the potential for what could be caught during our trip. I’d recommend booking with this team again!
Captain Sam was awesome and made our family’s first charter fishing experience fantastic. Everyone one of us caught a fish! Would definitely recommend booking a 4hr nearshore trip with Captain Sam. Next time we may go for the offshore all day adventure. We had a mix of brand new and experienced fisherman in our group and Captain Sam was great with our different levels.

Celebrated my husband's birthday with a fishing adventure on the Reef Girl. We got lucky and had a 70 degree day on 11/30. Captain Sam and his crew were the best. We caught so many fish we couldn't believe it! I think we reeled in over 30 fish. We can't wait to come back fishing again on Reef Girl with Captain Sam. Because of the NorEaster, our first charter had to be rescheduled. The Captain was understanding and very flexible. Captain Sam, Chris and Riley (aka, Bird) were fantastic with the 2 new novices. Fish were not biting as well as the Captain would have liked, but we caught fish nonetheless. I highly recommend this Captain and crew. Fun guys and they know what they are doing.
