My dad and I had a fantastic time on our trip! Cody’s brother Derek took us out and we easily caught our limit of trout. He then took us down to another spot where we got a nice-sized bass. Derek was amazingly knowledgeable and a super nice guy. I learned a ton and had a lot of fun. I’d 1000% recommend either of these brothers and I will definitely be looking them up again for my next fishing trip.

Cody’s expertise is incredible—he taught me a new finesse technique (the Neko rig) that helped me land a massive 19-inch smallie. He’s a patient teacher and a total pro who genuinely cares about making you a better angler. We can’t wait for our 2027 trip!

Really enjoyed our time on the water with Captain Cody! We caught over 25 fish and got to try different presentations. Cody did a great job getting us on the fish and coaching us along. Would definitely recommend Captain Cody Spetz!
