John was a good guy and he tried a lot of spots with no luck. My only “complaint” for lack of a better term is we were gonna catch them drifting sand worms and blood worms or we weren’t going to catch them (contrary to their add that says they’ll use whatever technique is working). I feel like a top flight captain and boat have contingency plans when something isn’t working and even if you don’t catch fish you can learn a lot.
