What a great way to spend a beautiful September Sunday morning fishing in Northern Michigan. Captain Chris was excellent, extremely polite, attentive to my (not so experience) 11 year old son. We had a great time, will definitely book with him again.
Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. His boat was small but could get around well, a good size for my daughter and me. He was communicating with other charter captains to get feedback on where the fish were biting and took us to several spots. He was able to keep us on fish using his fish finding equipment, and although they weren't always biting I think he set us up for the best chances, even staying out longer than scheduled to give my daughter more opportunities. He allowed her to reel in all our keepers (we caught the limit on trout including a 9 pounder) and filleted everything back at the marina. Would definitely recommend to smaller groups (up to 3), might try an inland trip next time.

Captain Chris was very impressive with his knowledge. He was very kind to me and my son while we were with him on the boat. Capt. Chris was also very patient with my son and helped him catch a bunch of fish. I would recommend anyone looking for a genuine fishing experience with a genuine person, I would highly recommend Osprey Fishing of Michigan!

I caught a walleye, a few rock bass, some bluegills, a largemouth bass, and a lot of perch. The captain was great, and helped me learn how to unhook the fish and how to hold them. This trip would be great for anyone who is beginner all the way to advanced, he knew all the spots to go to.

Early in the year but Chris put us on fish first stop. My son brought in the first laker of the day. Water temps still cold fish were finicky eaters but we still hit limit. Great time with patient, knowledgeable Captain would recommend highly for families and experienced anglers.

We caught two decent Lake Trout. While the fish and the weather didn’t cooperate, it was not for lack of trying on Chris’ part. He worked his butt off to try and connect with some fish for us. Would 100% recommend the trip.
