It was a bit late in the season but there were still some coho around. a bit slow to start but our guide found them! limits plus. Great day on the water!

Really great experience! Doug was our guide for the 6AM fishing tour. On the way out we saw some whales in the distance and caught about a dozen salmon of different types and sizes (of course releasing most back into the water) with one HUGE monster ivory king salmon. Doug, was great company and a very experienced and skilled fisherman, extremely knowledgeable about fishing and the island itself. He knows so much about fishing that even if we had not caught any fish it would’ve been a great morning. The trip was everything we could’ve hoped for, 100% recommend.

Doug’s knowledge and expertise of his craft and the area was invaluable. We had a great time with several catch and release, and keepers for both of us. We got tangled in some discarded gear from another boat, and he took the time and effort to hand pull a stray cannonball up from the bottom that had taken off with our line. And we got to see some whales! We appreciated Doug’s friendliness, responsibility, and sense of humor throughout this whole adventure. Would definitely come again.
Local knowledge is the best for fishing and Bruce knew the spots. Caught Coho, Chinook and Sharks and saw the local humback whales basking in the sun. Thanks for the memories. I would recommend the 6 hour trip in the morning, time goes quick when you are catching fish!!
