Captain Salomón was great. My son and I came here for an afternoon/evening trip just to get out and enjoy the local fishing…our Captain did that and more. He speaks fantastic english if your spanish is as poor as mine and tends rods as needed. captain salomon was very nice and fun to talk to, and tried his best to get us out in good weather. The guapote always hit hard regardless of size, and we caught 2 species of them. We also had the privelege of seeing toucans from the boat.

Solamon is an excellent fisherman and guide!  I think we caught six fish, three of which we kept and had prepared by a local soda that Solamon arranged for us.  This fishing trip was the highlight of my 12 yr old son’s vacation. Highly recommend!
