Had a Great time on the water with Captain Roy. He took us in as a last minute booking due another captain canceling on me. Roy is very experienced and good with kids too. Put all of us on really good fish. Definitely recommend for anyone thinking about fishing the area. A Birthday trip to remember!
Captain Roy absolutely crushed it! we had a guide who asked to cancel because the weather looked a little tough. I found Roy and asked if he wanted to chase fish and he not only said that he did but that he would work hard to make it a good day. And wow did he ever keep his word! I told him we were prepared to be cold and catch no fish. He said zero fish is not acceptable! We caught great fish all day and he worked multiple spots to keep us active and engaged. He taught us a couple techniques that were new to us and helped my son improve his form. We had a smashing day and if this is how Captain Roy fishes a bad weather day, I can only imagine what good weather fishing would be with him!

My family had a great time fishing! lots of large mouth and peacock bass. We were catching so many so quickly that at the end, it almost felt boring since it was so easy lol.

Just got done fishing with captain Roy. I had a blast. Checked one off the bucket list. The bite wasn't crazy, but we had a peacock bass in the boat in 15 mins. Captain Roy pulled out all the stops to put me on fish. He's a very knowledgeable fisherman and we stayed out way later than the 4hrs (sorry Mrs. Roy). Dude even made me a sandwich and brought it with him. Book this trip. You will not be disappointed. Roy, thanks for the experience. I will be back!!
